Breathing life into a bland, proprietary, API-driven, non-editable website framework with heavy use of CSS.
Designing, maintaining and developing corporate identity.

E-commerce Website for Sabuncakiz's Hamam Freelance Full-stack WordPress Designer and Developer.
Designed and developed a fully functional and responsive E-commerce website using WordPress and WooCommerce for 'Sabuncakiz’s Hamam', a Turkish producer of organic oils, soaps, cloths, and candles.
Integrated payment processing, bespoke API cargo solution, and a fully customizable product catalogue that is updatable by the owner.
Implemented SEO strategies and WooCommerce variable products with stock integration.
Full-stack WordPress solution which includes fully responsive UI/UX, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SEO, WordPress plugins and Generative AI for site visuals.
Consulted and art-directed product photo-shoots.

18 years of experience in a world-leading online gaming company with a client portfolio of PartyPoker,
PartyCasino, Coral, Ladbrokes, Borgata Casino, FoxyBingo and others.
My team was responsible for the design and development of the company's flagship product Partypoker.com.
I was responsible for the creation, design, development and maintenance of around 10 Partypoker WordPress blogs in various languages.

Blue Edged Media Web Designer and Developer
Blue Edged Media was a small web design and development company located in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.
This company's clients included local finance, loans and insurance companies.
I worked here as a Web Designer and Developer, using the Adobe Suite, HTML, JavaScript, Flash, ActionScript and MsSQL.

2004
Circle.com (Circle Euro RSCG) Interactive Designer and Developer
Circle.com was an agency of Euro RSCG Worldwide, based in London. It was a new media agency created by Euro RSCG to focus on the newly emerging online space.
Clients of Circle.com included Peugeot, HSBC, Guinness, Orange, Adidas, Budweiser, and many more.
I worked here as an Interactive Designer and Developer, creating web pages and Interactive CDs for clients. These CDs were created using Macromedia Director, Lingo, Flash and ActionScript.

Egg Interactive Web Designer and Developer
Egg Interactive was the ad agency of Egg.com, the UK's first online only bank.
Clients included Churchill Insurance and Baillie Gifford.

I worked as a Web Designer and Developer at Clifford Thames, a company that provided software solutions for the automotive industry and dealerships.
Clients included Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford, and other automotive companies.

2001
Whereits.at Web Designer and Developer
Whereits.at was a website for every aspect of teenage culture and lifestyle which also had a radio station broadcasing from the Trocadero in London. There were also plans for a TV station.
It was based at Smugglers Way in Wandsworth, London.
Unfortunately the company folded when the Internet Bubble burst in 2001, triggered by the demise of Boo.com.

2000
Wunderman Cato Johnson Istanbul Head of Interactive Advertising department / Chief Designer
I founded the Interactive Advertising department at Wunderman Cato Johnson Istanbul.
Clients included Citibank, Altinyildiz Network, Toys'R'Us and the Turkish Olympic Committee.
I was responsible for the creative output of the department, including print, outdoor, and interactive advertising.

1999
Freelance Web Designer in Istanbul, Turkey
In 1998-1999, I designed some of the first corporate websites in Turkey.
Clients included Xerox, Citibank, Investhink and Metrocity Millennium (a modern shopping mall and luxury apartment complex.).
As a Graphic Designer with a technical bent, I was slowly shifting away from print design to MultiMedia and Web Design.
